HOWEVER, beware of on-going costs for hosting and technical support. We've used this software for nearly 3 years and have had regular technical problems that we pay for by way of a support contract. The on-line scheduling software is always in development which creates unforeseen problems that your support contract will pay for fixing. Also the monthly hosting costs seem unnecessarily high.
