Karuna Yoga Teaching Diploma

Teacher Training classes are held in Cheam, Surrey and West London. Distance students can complete the course through a series of residentials, which are held throughout the UK and in Europe.

The course covers all aspects of yoga teaching from asana work and yoga philosophy to teaching methodology and First Aid awareness.

Ruth trained with BKS Iyengar in London and Pune, India, has been teaching for more than 25 years and training other teachers for more than 20 years.
