Oldest Iyengar teacher training program in the country. Taught by senior teachers from around the San Francisco bay area. First year focuses on deeping personal practice, including pranayama, along with courses in Anatomy, Physiology, and Philosphy (the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita). Second year focuses on aspects of how to teach in the Iyengar Tradition with classes in ethics, student teaching, and apprenticing with a senior teacher.
