 One Week residential Iyengar workshop Christmas Yoga vacation holiday retreat December 2002:

A week of Iyengar yoga, walks in the Burren and quality time within a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and excellent delicious vegetarian food.


Kevin is a co-founder of the B.K.S. Iyengar Institute of Greater New York where he teaches regularly. Kevin has been practicing for 30 years and is precise and detailed in his instruction.

You must have some prior Yoga experience and the course is suitable for mixed levels of abilities. Cost 600 Euro includes accommodation, meals, activities, and the best of Yoga instruction within a small group.
