10 Day Iyengar Yoga Retreat in Tuscany, Italy March 1 - 10, 2003

Our 10 Day Iyengar Yoga retreat consists of morning Pranayama & 2 Asana classes daily (am & pm). Each (2) hour Asana class will be taught in two studios at the same time. In this way, all students will study with both Jaki & Allan each day. • Pranayama: 6:00 am • Asana: 9:00 am • Asana: 3:00 pm • 3 Vegetarian meals daily, designed around the local Italian fair. • A group day trip is planned to the lovely and serene town of Lucca.
