Iyengar Yoga in Italy Camerino Marche Weekend 9th 13th of October This weekend is suitable for both beginners and the more experienced yoga student; everyone will work within their own capability with attentive instruction and correction. We will be practising standing, sitting and inverted as well as restful and restorative postures. You will be able to build up a strong foundation for your own practise. 2½ hours of Asana classes will be held both in the morning and evening on Friday & Saturday. Sunday & Monday there will be a 2½ hour class in the morning. The ancient hilltop University town Camerino is close to many day trip destinations like the Frasassi Caves (30 min), the Sibillini Mountains (15 min) or the Adriatic coast (45 min) away. Cost: uro 205 (approx. GBP 140) incl. B&B accomodation in lovely restored farmhouse and all Yoga Tuition. Flights: Own flight arrangement with Ryan Air from Stansted to Ancona. Getting Own car hire at Ancona Airport which is 50min away from Camerino. Around: Car share with other students possible to arrange.
