Yoga Holiday on the Greek isle of Lesbos

Come for a one, two or even four week holiday on the Greek isle of Lesbos. The Milelja Centre is purpose built and is situated on the hillside overlooking the Mediterranean and a short walk from the ancient village of Molyvos. Lesbos is an unspoilt and magical island where you can swim in the warm sea or dip into the nearby hot spring pools. The accommodation is of a high standard and extremely comfortable. The Centre accommodates 26 people and when fully booked, students will be accommodated in the nearby Delfinia Hotel. Ruth and John will be joined by several of the most respected yoga teachers in the UK who will take daily astanga classes. They are also joined by an expert on the archaeology, geology and botany of the island, who will be giving guided hill walks.
