EllaYoga Centre is excited to present: Sharat Arora In Israel Sharat is a senior Iyengar Yoga teacher with over 30 years of experience, an excellent knowledge of healing through Yoga postures, and well known the world over for combining physical precision with philosophical depth. For the first time in Israel, this is a special opportunity to experience an Iyengar Yoga Workshop with Sharat. EllaYoga introduces two courses by Sharat: * BLANK SHEET - A course for people who will practice with Sharat for the first time From Sunday 30.8.09 to Thursday 3.9.09, 10am until 13pm During this Course, we work on the foundations of Yoga in a unique way, which has been - and continues to be - personally researched and designed by Sharat. * CHAPTER 2 / PLAN B - A Course for students who have practiced previously with Sharat From Sunday 30.8.09 to Thursday 3.9.09, 16pm until 19pm During this Course, students can ask questions about their practice to obtain personal guidance and direction.
