Shirley has been teaching in Victoria, Canada, for thirty years. Since her first visit to Pune, India in 1979, she has returned regularly to study with Mr. Iyengar, most recently in February 2002. Her teaching is clear and insightful, integrating the philosophy and psychology of yoga with the practical work of asana and pranayama.
