Iyengar Intensive for Serious Students & Teachers

This five day intensive is for serious students and teachers. Aadil will teach the asanas, pranayama techniques, and the application of yoga in day-to-day life. Attention will also be given to the inner aspects of yoga, including yoga philosophy, chanting. The intensive will be held at Goodbody's Yoga Center in Dallas, Texas.
