Yoga in Paradise - Intermediate Level

Yoga in Paradise inspires both student and teacher to practice with reverence for the natural surroundings. This in turn supports our connection to the inner environment that unfolds to reveal the heart of yoga - the true splendor of the self. Lynne's "mission statement" is found in the Yoga Sutra, "When the body is cleansed, the mind purified, and the senses calmed, joy needed to realize the Inner Self also comes?." Lynne Minton has been a student of yoga since 1975 and a full time instructor since 1982. She received her certificate from Bks Iyengar in 1984. Her other primary teachers have been Greta Iyengar, Judith Lasater, Donald Moyer, Fr. Joe Pereira and Arthur Kilmurray. Lynne is director of The Inner Dance Yoga Studio in Anchorage, AK. She facilitates a 200 hour teacher training program that is registered with the National Yoga Alliance.
