Yoga for Everyone - Asana and Pranayama
Yoga Asana (posture) combines meditation in action with physical alignment to bring about strength, coordination, flexibility and self-awareness. Pranayama is the practice of disciplined breathing which creates subtle chemical changes in the body as well as stilling the mind. This is a unique opportunity to study the foundations of Yoga with the Clennells who were among the earliest students of world renowned yoga master, B.K.S. Iyengar. Bobby and Lindsey together have between them, almost 50 years of yoga practice!
