Background:
Born in 1958. Has an education as nutritionist and since September ´08 also treat patients in a clinic at home with posturology and ear-acupuncture.
Before yoga, my passion was martial arts which I taught both children and grown ups.

I met Mira Mehta in 1992 and has been a regular student of her since that time.
In 1996 I met Faeq Biria, and began Teacher Training supervised by Biria in Copenhagen. November 2000 I was certified Iyengar Yoga Introductory Level II.
I also enjoy classes with Ramanand Patel, Clé Souren and Delilah King a lot.
