The ZAMA Yoga Center at Barcelona has been conceived to teach and practice Yoga IYENGAR®, so that mental peace (Zama in Sanscrit) can be attained.
The ZAMA Yoga Center is located at Les Corts - Diagonal in Barcelona. One of the objectives of the center is to facilitate the personal evolution towards a state of integral health; a holistic integration of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The Zama Center has been conceived to teach and practice Yoga IYENGAR® in a friendly, relaxed and fully equiped environment, so that mental peace (Zama in Sanscrit) can be attained.
