Sarva Iyengar Yoga Institute

Dedicated Iyengar Yoga Centre. Regular classes plus weekend events. Sarva is a fully equiped Iyengar Yoga Institute. We have three studios, plus a student coffee lounge. There is plenty of free parking on site with space for 60 cars. Our senior teacher is Sheila Haswell, who passed her Intermediate Senior Certificate in 2000. Sheila is an IYA(UK) committee member. She has been practising yoga for over 30 years. Ally and Linda hold Intermediate Junior Teaching certificates and all the other teachers hold Introductory certificates in the Iyengar method. We have a variety of classes to chose from, from Beginners to Teachers, plus a variety of specialist classes, such as yoga for pregnancy and remedial work for those with medical problems. We run teacher training classes and workshops at all levels in Iyengar yoga.
