I love attending Carolyn's classes. She is succinct, detailed and precise in her explanation of the poses. The other teachers at the center are just as thorough. I would highly recommend this center for any beginner.

The studio moved to 2210 Encinitas Blvd Suite U, Encinitas in the Rincon Plaza in June 2010. I love this studio - classes are small to medium-sized. The teachers are really friendly, have a great sense of humor and are all very knowledgeable - very, very helpful in explaining the details of the pose. There are yoga therapeutics each Thursday, which is great if you have aches and pains! Iyengar yoga involves a lot of props and assistance - not insistence - on getting yourself into a pose. Highly recommended studio!
