Iyengar Yoga in the Napa Valley

Iyengar Yoga classes in St. Helena with Jaki and Allan Nett. Classes in San Francisco, Corte Madera with Jaki. Workshops in Italy, Germany, London and San Francisco.
Jaki has been teaching Iyengar yoga for 20 years. She has a Junior Intermediate III, Iyengar Certification, is on the Advanced Studies faculty at the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco, is an Iyengar Yoga Certification
Assessor and is an invited instructor at Yoga Journal conferences. Jaki teaches public and private classes and gives workshops in the USA and Europe. She has a Masters Degree in Humanistic Psychology and teaches Psychology at the college level. Functional anatomy is an integral part of her yoga instruction. Jaki is a down-to-earth, accessible teacher with a methodical, insightful teaching style.

Allan has been teaching Iyengar Yoga for 15 years and is certified in the Iyengar tradition. He gives public and private classes in the Napa Valley area, and co-teaches with his wife, Jaki, on workshops and yoga
retreats internationally. He holds a Masters Degree in Geology and has taught Geology on the high school and college level. He has been a reflexologist for over 35 years. He also has a general contracting
business. Allan’s varied interests and deep intuitive sense of the body are reflected in his teaching.
