The Studio at The Institute of Interdisciplinary Yoga Studies

A yoga teacher training school that also offers hatha yoga classes to the public in the Iyengar Tradition, along with various other traditions. We are a non-profit school offering classes and training in yoga and alternative therapies. We are an approved training facility for Yoga Alliance at both the 200 and 500 hour level.
