Iyengar Yoga Center

The BKS Iyengar Yoga Center offers classes in asana and pranayama, weekend workshops and residential retreats with senior teachers, and special classes on a variety of topics that shed light on the art and science of yoga. Sharon Conroy is the founder and director of the Iyengar Yoga Center. She has practiced in this tradition since 1986 and taught for fourteen years, becoming the first Iyengar certified teacher in Louisiana in 1995.
