I started taking beginner classes with Jim Gleason about 7 years ago. It was recommended to me by a friend for low back problems I was having following a car accident. Jim was wonderful; so knowledgable abuot the human body and (mis)alignments. Even my chiropractor, whom I have not seen in over four years now, was impressed by the difference Yoga made. But more than that, Yoga (and Jim's instruction) has brought me many more pleasures and benefits. I used to get a migraine at least once a month; now if I get four a year, that's a lot. Also, it has "calmed me down." I had lost myself before starting my practice (if that's possible, because I probably had not even found myself). Meeting Jim and joining the Hampshire Yoga family has really changed my life - FOR THE BETTER! I recommend everyone give it a try.

I started working with Jim Gleason about 4 years ago as a beginner, and from the beginning, I was impressed with his knowledge about yoga - in all of its different aspects - and his ability to teach to the individual needs of each student. Hampshire Yoga has been a great resource for me, and has made a difference in my physical and personal life.
