My experience with Yoga Focus has been very positive. My instructor, Karen Ufer, does a wonderful job of sharing her expertise. She has a great sense of humor, explains the advantages of the various asanas, is very caring of her students, and has a great deal of patience. She is the perfect instructor for beginners as well as those with more advanced yoga experience. I give her an A+.
