Asanas sequence for Kidney nephrotic syndrome

Hi everyone,
I have a medical condition called Kidney Nephrotic syndrome. At present I am not able to afford yoga classes. Could anyone please guide me what asanas sequence should I follow for kidney nephrotic syndrome condition? I will be very grateful.
