How To Heal Regular Headaches?
Can't Post
My father is about 60 years old, he has some additional weight and he suffers from regular headaches. He avoid doctors, mostly because they don't know what to do. His problem is "neck osteochondrosis". It looks like that his brain can't get enough fresh blood, because some of blood vessels are pinched. I think that doing yoga should help him, but I'm not sure about asans to do. Because he has additional weight it will be difficult to do inverted asans. Starting from standing positions don't touch his neck... I had same problem as my father in the past. I was 29 year old and had strong headache after doing some physical activity. I was younger, and doing yoga I've solved my problem. I want to help my father and need wise advices. --- Yoga Meditation Timer
