Hi I am practicing just 4 months almost regular at morning. I am now 44+. I used to do practice yoga while I was 22 years old for about a year. Then pause and again start with new hopes and determination. Now I am following "Light on Yoga" books . I too read out "Light on Pranayama". Now I am eager to start Ujjayi Pranayama stage 1and 2 in lying position for 5minutes. I have whole day busy life except my morning .. If I do Savasana after completing Asanas then it will be long time at lying position (20+5+15= 40 minutes) Do I avoid 20 minutes Savasana (after Asanas) followed to Ujjai . But honestly don't want to miss the beautiful 20 minutes Savasana. Please help me. Best wishes to all who are practicing Yoga. Habib
