Is it just one set of ropes ( 2 long ropes up, and 2 short ropes down)? We recommend hip width, i.e something in between 40 and 50 cm, upper ropes at 212 cm from the floor, and lower ropes at 100cm from the floor. If you need to mount more sets, you may consider bigger ringbolts that can hold two ropes, which means you may accomodate an extra parctiotioner in a given space, also saving material. Something like: (X)--45cm---(XX)--45cm---(XX)--45cm---(XX)--45cm---(X) (each X stand for one rope), so in this line-up using bigger ringbolts you accomodate 4 parctitioners. If you leave something like 25 cm at each side the total space needed is 230 cm. Hope this helps, more questions, just ask.
