easy to manage in asanas? wow... pranayama is quite a difficult practice, even with basic exercises. just be patient : follow your teacher advice and train a little every day (even 15 mn 5 times a week for instance is a good rythme to progress, after asanas training because it will "open" your body, and after 10 mn sarvasana to cool down)
