You have not specified whether you checed with a specialist doctor on this. Check how serious it is and you then can find a experienced yoga teacher to teach you some special pranayama types to get rid of the disorder.

I suggest you to do the pranayama first. You may get solved from the synus proble. If not then you can go for a surgery. But one of my friend was doing a pranayama and different type of yoga for the synus and different type of problem problem. He was almost alright. He took a yoga course from the yogasupliesonline.com They provided him a good tips and useful information on how to do yoga in the better way. And what are the best ways to do yoga.

You can try Sun Salutation for your sinus problem. The Sun Salutation is a prayer in motion. It allows us to use the body as an instrument of higher awareness, so that we can receive wisdom and knowledge. Surya namaskar consists of a sequence of twelve postures performed continuously and combined with synchronized breathing. Each position counteracts the preceding one producing a balance between flexions and extensions. Among these twelve positions, ten are Asanas only. The first one and the last one are two positions. All these Asanas and position are very easy to perform and can easily be practiced by the people of all ages. Together these twelve positions constitute the process of Surya Namaskara.
