Time Can't Post

Hi all,

Recently, I find my self too busy to attend any classes. We have two a week in my town, but, i'm busy at those times. My practice time is also limited to about an hour. So, I was wondering, does anyone think, if I just practiced the "Important asanas from course 1 " from Light on Yoga would that be a complete program? Any input would appreciated.

Namaste, Rich

Rich,

I have also found the Light on Yoga courses to extend beyond an hour. Now I am practicing the courses at the back of Yoga the Iyengar Way and find that they are more reasonable in length to complete. The only caveat is that I tone down the standing poses: I choose a single standing pose to practice when multiple standing poses are included in a sequence, for reasons of time and also because I tire easily from too many standing poses (recovering from a recent bout of hypothyroidism). I know that this is an unorthodox way to practice but find that it is balanced in relation to the rest of my lifestyle.
