hello everyone, i am looking for helpful hints for virasana. currently my butt is about 1.5-2 inches from the floor in the posture. i practice it regularly, and i realize it will take some time to get the butt to the floor on this pose since i'm not interested in hurting my knees or ankles! any advice for the practice of this asana would be most welcome. thanks! --jeff
