Back Pain, ITB, Flat feet

Hi , I have flat fleet . i started running couple of years ago. Last year, I had run up to 15 miles one day. The next day, I had severe back spasms, which subsided within an hour or so. After three days when I started running, I could feel ITB in my knees (pain in my outer knees). Now any time I do continous running, I am feeling ITB strain (in my knees), even when I do ITB stretches. I have occasional back pain too. So is there any yoga asanas i can do before i run to ensure that i can keep running with my flat feet without suffering from ITB and backache.I would really appreciate reply to cure my niggles and pains. My prior yoga experience is restricted to one month class in chennai, India (Vivekananda Institute) more than 5 years ago. Thanks & Regards Krishna
