Fitness and weight loss Can't Post

I am a new student, just beginning in Jan 07. I wanted to learn for the obvious benefits, but also to tone my body and possibly lose some weight. Has anyone lost weight as a result of their practice?

Yoga is more than body sculpting. Constant practice will strengthen and help the body become more flexible; make it easier to manage, more comfortable and the mind more at ease.

Yes, yoga can help you lose weight but you will also need to scrutinize your diet...
