in France, we are having a very hot august month...i use to practice 2h a day (in the morning), but i sweat a lot! (i usually sweat a lot, but with this heat...). i was not in good shape after my practice . i know one must not drink while practicing. i loose probably many minerals with my sweat. i have stopped training since ; what could you suggest? training a softer way? the use of specific asanas when the climate is specially hot? thanks!
