i don't know the exact term in english, it's a painful sensation (like a needle attack) between the coasts on my left side, its origin is in the spine due to wrong movements or violent efforts ; mine find probably its origin in sirsasan when i tried to lift my both legs at the same time and made considerable efforts to achieve this ..;anyway: what can i do when this pain happens? do you know some specific movements to pratice in such a case?
