The provison of quality Yoga education in schools and local authorities across the UK is under threat.
Many qualified Yoga teachers are being turned down for teaching jobs in their local communities due to the current policies of some local authorities which are based on mis-information.
The insistence of the British Wheel of Yoga (also known in some circles as The Wheel) that it is the National Governing Body for yoga in the UK is causing many problems for the UK Yoga Community and needs to be addressed at grass roots level.
