High Blood Pressure - restrain from doing some asanas Can't Post

Hello
Some asanas are advised not to be done if the person is suffering from some ailments, for example, people having high blood pressure should not do chakrasana, sarvanga asana, halasana, sirshasana etc. Can these asanas be done by people whose BP is under control with medicines ?
Thank you
Kishore

Very good question! My BP is under control with medication (single tablet) and I do Halasana more than 3 minutes. Now recently I started Sarbangaasana, I feel better after Uttanasa and adhomukho savasana. I don't know whether I am doing wrong or right. Expert can advice.

If somebody, please help us.

Best regards

Habib

Play safe and use your common sense. Asana means a yoga pose held comfortably. You should feel comfortable when doing yoga poses, and never hurt yourself and your health. There are many other poses someone with high blood pressure could do safely.
