Hi. sorry for that, I also had an injury in my left harmstring which was 7 months ago but still I suffer pain when I do forward bends. In my experience, I started again doing asanas very slowly and only when I felt prepared. It takes time but it happens. Practice with respect and love to your body which is the temple of your soul, and with an opened mind. My key: NO EXPECTATIONS, no matter what, everything is impermanent.
