I've recently started practicing yoga again and was cruising around Patagonia's site looking for new comfy yoga gear. Although they have some adorable stuff I took notice to a campaign they are doing called "Vote The Environment" If you go to www.patagonia.com/vote you can register to vote AND you can find out where your choice for president stands on major environmental issues. This is huge because even though we care about our mind, body, and spirit we must demand that our president over the next four years address some of the major issues like global warming for instance. I have been trying for years to get friends and family to practice yoga but I am insisting that they use their power to vote wisely! Mother Earth needs help and the only way to do this is to support the president that represents your environmental views. How wonderful would it be to have a yogi in the oval office?? LOL probably won't happen but we can always dream can't we? Namaste.
