Thanks Peter.

Nice meeting you.

In fact,my father just started taking classes. He is 68 , lives in Colorado and loves to ski. Unfortunately, his knees are getting bad and he hasn't stretched in years since he used to run 5 miles a day back in the 1980s. I suggested Yoga, and now he is hooked. He says that he has never felt better and is able to get at least 3 more runs in each time he hits the slopes.

Young and old, Yoga is great for your mind and body. I wish I had started earlier.

Richard

Good for him, you too knowing he is open to working on himself through yoga. At 68, as any age, be gentle. Let him know that here, at age 30, getting the knees flexible was excruciating.
warm regards
Peter
