Here's an experience not to be repeated.
I got a headache somehow and neede rapid relief so took a couple of paracetamol.
About 2 hours later I did an hour's yoga practice and over stretched as a result of the numbing.
I know I shouldn't have taken them, but.... !
Anyone with a similar "avoid doing before practice" experience ?
