could someone explains the meaning of the word sadhakan?

"Sadhaka" is the Tantric word for the spiritual practitioner, according to *Shambhala Encyclopedia of Yoga.* Not sure about that 'n' you have at the end of the word, Pascal, but it probably is the same word, that is "sadhaka," but in a different case.

I would also say that the word you're looking for is "sadhaka".

In the glossary of BKS Iyengar's "Light on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" the term "sadhaka" is defined as "aspirant, practicioner", meaning somebody practising the eight limbs of yoga as defined by Patanjali in the "Yoga Sutras".
