yoga for elementary teachers

I have been asked to give an hour long workshop to a group of my ko-workers who teash outdoor eduation to fifth graders at an overnight magnet skool. I would love some suggestions on ways to inkorporate relaation, and also energy releasing yoga that teahers may use with their students as well as giving them yoga that they kould use during their short bits of time off to reguvenate themselves.
