I have CFIDS/CFS since 1988. I'm a yoga teacher. I had to quit teaching and practicing in the beginning, but that changed as time went on. I love standing postures and they help my energy level. However, there are certainly days when restoratives are better for that specific day. What I've learned through these years with CFS is this. Take each day as it comes and have absolutely "no expectations" about anything. --The Four Agreements. Each moment is new. Check in with your spiritual self before acting. Re: PTSD - Though the emotions come up, if you hope to have better energy levels with CFS, they need to come up, be addressed and released. Try to look at CFS and PTSD as your opportunities to create change in your life. Best to you, Snow Leopard Snow Leopard/Sndyxan/Jyoti are One
