video Can't Post

I have been attending iyengar classes now for nearly six weeks and would like to know what is a good routine to do for 10-15 minutes in the morning to stretch myself and wake up. I am considering buying a video for this purpose and would like to know if anybody can recommend one for me. I am in the UK so would need it to be available in UK format. Thank you for your help.

Re: video [In reply to] Can't Post

I could strongly recommend Rodney Yee's "a.m.yoga
for beginners". This sequence is a gentle opener
for spine and hips and the entire body and fresh
meditative introduction for the mind. It was
interesting that about a year and a half ago at
a seminar with Rodney he asked which of his videos we like most and when I mentioned this one
he said he got most praise for this video from
people than for any other of his videos. It's
certainly one of the most available videos in US,
unfortunately I don't know about UK, but I'm
sure you can find out and even contact Rodney himself if resellers in US/UK are not helpful.
Web-sites to check are http://www.gaiam.com, http://www.yogajournal.com, http://www.toolsforyoga.com, etc.
