Plantar fascitis Can't Post
Hi,

I have planter fascitis for about 2.5 years now. I began yoga about 6 months ago. Practicing standing poses without shoes, aggravates the pain after couple of days. Its uncomfortable for me to practice standing poses with shoes. Any suggestions regarding my practice? Thanks.
