A Beginner in Yoga but...

Hello everyone! I'm new here and am a baby in yoga. I have been practising yoga for 3 months now. One of the benefits that I have noticed is that my back no longer aches as it used to when I sit for a few hours in class. However, I noticed that I seem to get sick quite often these days. Well, I don't consider myself physically fit since I can't even climb the stairs (1 flight) up without huffing and puffing. Should I be concern? Am I doing something wrong?
