yamas,niyamas and klesas Can't Post
Please let me know your thoughts. I have read that
each yama has a corresponding niyama, for example
ahimsa goes with sauca and satya goes with santosa.
I wonder if these pairs correspond with the klesas as
well (or sheaths too?).
