greetings I injured what I believe is my right knee at the inner medial collateral ligament during a particularly dynamic class a month ago. Yes, it was a class that involved padmasana, janu sirsasana etc. Now the pain is such that baddha konasana, janu sirsana and padmasana - all that require the angular rotation of my knee are not possible. I can, however, do virasana and bekhasana comfortably. I'll be visiting the doctor soon (though I no longer have insurance!) - and my teachers are aware - so I only do what is painfree. But I was curious as to any yogis out there with thoughts on this type of injury/sprain - and how long it took to heal, or what poses they found most helpful in the healing process. thanks.
