I don't know what to do, but I wanted to say good luck and I hope it's not too painful. I think that because you practiced well for a year, you will heal quickly. Remember there are many aspects to yoga that do not require any specific physical movements, but do require you to challenge yourself to find where you cling to things, where you are aversive to things, why you are generous sometimes but not other times, when your devotion is deep and when it's not, and on and on. Still a lot you can do. |
