Your body is trying to rebalance its chemistry, but, daily Yoga can alleviate alot of stress related it it. You might want to try some poses that are inverted...they have a profound effect on on the glands(lymph) and inner organs, neutralizing gravity's effects on the body. For rest and recovery, rest is essential, so try the corpse posture for a great relaxed calm-down. (Forward Bend, Legs up against the wall, and half shoulderstands are a good way to start.) |
