Yoga Specific

Yoga can be very harmful if practiced wrongly. Therefore, we advised the following:

Persons with no prior experience in yoga should have their health checked with a medical doctor before starting yoga.
Persons with no or with litte experience in yoga should only practise under the guidance of an experience yoga teacher.
Persons who are not completely healthy should only practise under the guidance of an experienced yoga teacher.
If pain is experienced during the practice of yoga, the practice should be stopped immediately and an experienced yoga teacher should be consulted.
